Bilingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Representative

Territory:  TBD – Consisting of Multiple States
Location:  Largo, FL
Department:  Inside Sales
Pay Grade: Hourly base pay plus commission

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inside sales activities via phone to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop through prospecting and cultivation of business, adequate sale opportunities to accomplish sales goals.
• Identify and communicate add-on and cross-selling opportunities to customers.
• Close sales effectively and timely while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Initiate, drive and respond to inside sales initiatives in order to build account growth.
• Educate distributor salespeople on the products, programs and services offered by Corvest.
• Follow up on all leads, ensuring every sales opportunity is responded to and supported.
• Analyze sales data on an ongoing basis to evaluate opportunities within targeted customer base.
• Represent Corvest at industry events and trade shows when necessary.
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to approach territory goals and coverage from a team perspective.
• Responsible for inputting and maintaining relevant field activity including competitive information, specific account information, product and services feedback from customers, as well as industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. HS degree required
• Minimum 2 plus years in a proactive inside/outside sales capacity where sales growth and margin contribution was critical
• Strong business-to-business communication, planning and value-based selling skills
• Professional, effective telephone techniques and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and contact management software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly self-motivated with a strong competitive drive and positive team player attitude
• Detail oriented
• Resourcefulness with ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
