Adva-Lite 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

All merchandise sold by Adva-Lite is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If for any reason there is not complete satisfaction with the products’ performance, they can be returned to Adva-Lite within 60 days for replacement or credit for the quantity returned. Additionally, Adva-Lite guarantees availability of stock up to EQP quantities as indicated in this catalog. If unavailable, Adva-Lite either upgrades your order to the next higher-priced item, or offers the same product in another color.

Assorted Colors

One-fourth of catalog quantity minimum per color with the same imprint color and copy.

Ink Refills

All writing instrument ink cartridges can be replaced with standard-size refills available at most fine stationery stores.

Mailers

• Individual padded envelope add $0.75 (G) each, includes insertion and sealing.
• Individual corrugated mailer add $1.50 (G) each, includes insertion and sealing.
• Inquire with factory as to size needed for each product.

Order Acceptance

All orders are binding upon the corporation only after acceptance by Adva-Lite.

Less than Minimum

Add $40.00 (G) per order (1/2 of catalog quantity minimum).

Large Orders

Over- and Under-Runs

Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Add $50.00 (G) for exact quantity.

Pricing, Products and Colors

Prices, items and colors are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Please contact a Promotional Products representative for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory.

Special Packaging

All products come in the standard packaging indicated. Please contact a Promotional Products representative with any special packaging requests.

Production and Shipping Services

5 Day Sure Ship & 7 Day Sure Ship

Products designated with the 5-Day or 7-Day Sure Ship symbol will receive five or seven-working-day service. Sure Ship service applies to orders of catalog quantities only. To be eligible, orders must include acceptable artwork (color separated for multi-color imprints) and complete details that do not change upon receipt at Adva-Lite.

7 Day Door to Door

Drinkware products designated with the 7-Day Door-to-Door symbol will receive four-working-day production, combined with UPS Orange three-day service (invoiced at regular Ground rates). Door-to-Door service applies to all orders of catalog quantities only. To be eligible, orders must include acceptable artwork (color separated for multi-color imprints) and complete details that do not change upon receipt at Adva-Lite.

Lightning Service

Adva-Lite Rush Lightning Service offers less than standard production time, and is available on catalog quantity orders for selected products. Orders requiring Lightning Service must have prior factory approval. They are subject to available inventory of item(s) ordered and factory production schedules. Add $50.00 (G) service charge per order.

USA Crafted and Union Labels

A Made in the USA label is available at no additional charge for products designated as USA-Made. Union labels are not available.

Photography & Trademarks

Colors may not be representative of true product colors.

The artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for, the owners of the artwork, designs or trademark.

All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and Adva-Lite hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement. All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

Corrections and Changes

• Corrections and changes will delay orders and must be authorized by Adva-Lite.
• Changes to orders prior to production will be invoiced at a $25.00 (G) minimum charge per change. Orders cannot change after production has been initiated.
• Cancellations of orders are subject to labor and costs expended.

Shipping

• F.O.B. factory. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Please supply complete street address.
• Third-party billing handling charge $3.00 (X) per carton for ground service, $4.00 (X) per carton for expedited service, added to the invoice.
• Split-shipment charge $5.00 (G) each, with no less than 50% of catalog quantity minimum; no charge on final release.
• Drop-shipment charge $6.00 (G) each, invoiced for each shipment after the first shipment.
• C.O.D. shipments not available.
• Adva-Lite will not assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is delivered to the carrier.
• Export orders subject to a $20.00 (G) handling charge, each.
